Can I return it?

Within 30 days from the confirmation of the order, you can first apply for a return through the official website (, and then send back the product. If the product you send back is consistent with the content of the return application, and the returned product is not damaged, dirty, washed, changed, etc., which will affect the secondary sales, and any labels or tags are intact, we will return it to you in the same way. The amount paid includes standard shipping (if applicable), but excludes any discounts and coupons and courier charges on returns.


Products must be returned in their entirety, not individually, and must be packed in undamaged original boxes or bags.


Please note that we cannot exchange your item for example for another size or colour.

Due to environmental considerations, we no longer print and ship paper return request forms. You can apply for return through the website ( according to the following operations:


  1. Please find the order you want to apply for return in My Account - My Orders.
  2. Select the reason for the return, and submit the return application after confirming the returned product and quantity.
  3. You need to send out the goods within 7 days after submitting the application, and fill in the tracking number in the return application. Please note that our warehouse is unable to process surface mail, self-mentioned courier and collect form parcels.
  4. Our warehouse will process the refund for you as soon as possible after receiving your returned goods.


Who arranges for return shipping and pays for the return?

Please Note: You will need to arrange and pay for return shipping yourself. You can choose the courier company by yourself.
